Cage Guided series Control Valve

GYL-41500 have cage guided balance twin-seat trim type, whole standard cage, high intensity structure. High loaded, can be used to normal or heavy duty services, it’s applicable to situation that requirement of leakage is not high, to control each fluids or gas with higher pressure drops .suitable temperature range is -196℃? +538℃ (by soft seat, suitable temperature range is -45℃ to 200℃.)
GYL-41600 have the most characteristic trim type in cage guided series, with high allowable pressure drops and tight closed characteristic. Therefore, GYL-41600 series control valve can be popular used to fluid control services. by new type active balance seal material, temperature and pressure limitation of GYL-41600 series is more and more wideband to be used in more and more situation instead of top guided single seat valve.
GYL-41700 have cage guided and balanced trim, separated multi-hole cage, active balance seal is available, high intensity structure, heavy loaded, it can be used to normal or very heavy duty services, can be reduced noise, dispelling the effects of cavitations specially with controlling each fluids or gas with higher pressure drops. Suitable temperature range is -45℃— +538℃(standard),or -45℃— +315℃(with balance seal),etc.
GYL-41800 series, have most specially with controlling each fluids or gas with high pressure drops, labyrinth spacer cage, multistage Pressure Reduction characteristic, compared with multi-hole cage, GYL-41800 series cage is made of multi-layer labyrinth spacer, can be more effective to reduced noise, dispelling the effects of cavitations specially with controlling each fluids or gas with higher pressure drops, and much smaller in volume
GYL-41900 have cage guided and balanced trim, Multistage Pressure Reduction Assembly, active balance seal is available, high intensity structure, heavy loaded, it can be used to very heavy duty services, and fit some project together specially to a wide scope of liquid services as well as steam/gas services, can be reduced noise and cavitations-resistant and multistage Pressure Reduction.
